Dear Partners:

“That you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power, for all patience and long suffering with joy; giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light.”  Col. 1:10-12

When my husband was attending San Francisco Theological Seminary, I learned the wives were allowed to audit classes.  As young mothers, we worked out a schedule to trade babysitting for each other, so we could attend classes to continue to grow in Christ.  When Ralph attended Fuller Seminary to get his Master’s degree, I was allowed the same privilege.  Again I have the opportunity to attend a bible school here on Maui two nights a week.  It’s exciting.

There is a lot going on.  Let me tell you about Larry.  He’s from the Philippines.  He had an amazing experience as a child.  JEJUS came into his room!  From that time on he wanted to become a missionary, but his family would not allow it.  When I met him he had become an alcoholic and drug addict.  After sharing the love and GRACE of God with him, we prayed and the Holy Spirit delivered him.  He immediately began talking about how he could serve Christ.

Angels are assigned to serve wherever we serve, if the supernatural is needed.  As I approached the stairs on the second floor of an office building, the strap on my shoe broke.  I reached down to grab my shoe and plunged head over heels, down 20 cement steps!!  Almost instantly, as I crashed to the bottom, two people came running to help me.  When the lady saw the blood gushing out of both legs, she ran back to her office to get lots of paper towels. The man exerted pressure on the gash on my right leg and the lady did the same on the left leg.  My friend Greg who was waiting in the car with his windows open, heard me fall.  He came running and when he saw how I had been hurt, he called for an ambulance.  As these two dear people tried to keep the blood flow down, I told them my name and asked for theirs, Sherrie and Arthur.  My head was bleeding, but I told them I was all right.  I also praised the Lord that I didn’t break my neck or my back or a hip or my shoulder.  It was a miracle.  I thanked the Lord, by this time there was a crowd, one lady said “Halleluiah.”  I looked up and said “You’re a Christian too.” We both smiled. I think my ministering angels helped in the fall.

I am planning to go back to thank them again and share Jesus in a more personal way.  Please pray.

The complete peace I experienced was amazing!! Praise God.

At the hospital they sewed 19 stitches in my legs and two clamps in my head.  They did a cat scan and x-rayed and treated my shoulder.

On the way home from the hospital I had to go to the bathroom, so we stopped at K Mart.  As Greg parked the car, I hobbled in; the young woman who worked there called over to see if I needed any help.  As she got closer, she recognized me.  It was Crystal; I had led her to Christ when I lived at Kalama Heights.

Many miracles occur in our lives.  Very recently, in answer to prayers, my daughter Sammy, Michael and their horses were miraculously saved in the Southern California fires.

My friend Greg, who came to Christ through taping Billy Graham’s radio show, many years ago, has volunteered his services in this ministry, as well as dear Sharon, co-laborers in Christ.  Even in her busy schedule, she has brought my dinners, groceries, flowers, and they have both have taken me to doctor appointments, etc. etc.  Thank you Lord.

I must tell you about Nan, a Japanese college student.  His mother is a Christian and he wanted her faith, but didn’t know how to get it.  He went to see some lady who had a cross in her place.  She talked with him, gave him some bath salts and told him to go home and take a bath and come back the next day and charged him Three hundred dollars.  He did that.  When he returned, she said, “Oh no, such a curse!  That will be three thousand dollars. “ He left.  I had the sheer delight to tell him, “Jesus paid it all.”  After he prayed to receive Christ, he said, “I   feel like a heavy weight has been lifted off my back.”

I praise God and thank you; I’m so grateful for your partnering with me in the Gospel.  GOD BLESS YOU!
